Authentic Free Woman Community Classes
Women who tend to have codependent, people pleasing, and perfectionist behaviours and thoughts with lovers, friends, family, partners, and work, also tend to be very critical, shaming, and penalizing to themselves. Often ignoring their bodies needs, boundaries, and desires to feel loved, accepted, and validated by others. In the Authentic Free Women Wellness Club, my desire is to provide community classes that can support in creatively coming back home to you.
